Life transitions—whether you're a teen discovering who you are or a young adult adjusting to the pressures of independence—can feel like a lot to carry. From academic stress and family dynamics to exploring your identity and navigating relationships, these challenges can feel overwhelming at times. I’m here to walk with you, supporting you as you build resilience, find clarity, and discover the strength you already have within.

In our work together, I use evidence-based approaches from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). These tools can help you manage the anxiety, stress, depression, anger, ADHD, and obsessive-compulsive tendencies that might be weighing on you. But our time together will be more than just talking through problems—it’s about creating a safe space to truly understand yourself, shift your perspective, and uncover the unique strengths you bring to the world.

ACT will help you learn to accept your emotions without letting them control your actions. Together, we’ll explore what really matters to you and work toward a life that aligns with your values, even when things feel uncertain. Through this process, you’ll start taking meaningful steps toward what you truly want, finding the courage to act even when fear or doubt arise.

Mindful Self-Compassion will guide you to approach life’s challenges with kindness—toward yourself and others. It’s easy to be hard on yourself when things don’t go as planned, but this practice teaches you to treat yourself with understanding and patience. By learning how to navigate difficulties with more gentleness, you’ll start to feel more at ease with yourself, no matter what life brings.

Whether you’re feeling the weight of school pressures, struggling with relationships, uncertain about your career, or simply trying to figure out who you are, we’ll create a path forward that honors your values. My hope is that the tools and insights we explore together will empower you to face life’s challenges with confidence, calm, and a sense of purpose.
